Profiles
Dr. Chantelle Drobot completed an honours degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Calgary before graduating with her doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Her education has provided her a comprehensive understanding of the physical sciences such as Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology and Endocrinology or the study of hormones as well as extensive education in Nutrition, Counselling, Homeopathy and Botanical or Herbal Medicine. Her 10 years in clinical practice has allowed Dr. Drobot to combine clinical experience with scientific knowledge to address patient concerns and relieve symptom presentation using diet, supplementation and lifestyle modification to address the cause of the imbalance. She is well known for her easy going, realistic approach to treatment programs and dietary recommendations and her patients appreciate her ability to take complex information and explain it in a manner that is straight forward and relevant to understand.
An advocate for educating the public on the effects of stress on hormone imbalances and overall physical dysfunction, Dr. Drobot lectures locally to a variety of corporations and special interest groups and is a frequent writer for the prestigious natural medicine publication Alive Magazine. She is an Instructor at Mount Royal University educating students on the dynamics of the human body and a registered member of both the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
Dr. Drobot runs a family practice with a special interest in female conditions and hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, stress-related conditions, immune deficiency diseases and cardiovascular conditions.
DAVID MANNING ND - Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
Dr. Manning is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON. This four-year doctoral program includes dissection anatomy, physiology, pathology and basic sciences common to all medical education with the added benefit of learning botanical medicine, physical medicine, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, counseling and nutrition as treatment options. He completed his science prerequisites at the University of Guelph in Guelph, ON.
Dr. Manning has a Bachelor of Arts (Music) degree from the University of Western Ontario. After a brief career as a musician, he shifted into the world of business running his own companies and then shifting to work for one of the top 100 companies in Canada. After a few years in the business world, he realized his calling in the world of alternative health care and went back to school to become a Naturopathic Doctor.
Dr. Manning currently lives and practices in Calgary, AB, after moving from a successful clinic in Toronto, ON. He is a member of the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. He provides care with a family based practice and has a special interest in the treatment of allergy related conditions, digestive disorders, hormonal issues, depression, anxiety and cancer.
Dr. Manning is a certified personal trainer and Ashtanga yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for the past ten years. His desire to combine the mind-body-spirit connection into his philosophy of health has created an overall philosophy to his naturopathic practice.
